  1. Some Facts About Cost of Living said:

    Fact:

In the late 1970s, the price of a new car was only 2% of my income. Today, the price of most new cars are about 15 to 25% of my income.

The cost to rent a 1-Bedroom apartment in the late 1970s was less than 10% of my income. Today, the cost to rent a 1-Bedroom apartment is 25% of my income.

In contrast, the cost of graduate tuition in the late 1970s was about 3% of my income. Today, the cost of graduate tuition is only 1% of my income.

From this evidence, can we conclude which management – publicly funded or businesses run by MBAs – have done the best job? Sure, there are many variables here. My OPINION: the cost of necessary items in our lives have risen astronomically because the supply side in the economy has maintained the economy with an iron fist. I can prove this is NOT capitalism. Are there any people with reasoning abilities and some intelligence remaining out there who care to examine this?
